The Mansion Melbourne

I recently stayed at the Mansion in Melbourne and it was an amazing experience. The room I stayed in was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable - probably the best I've had in Australia. The building itself is gorgeous, with a perfect blend of old charm and modern flair. The staff at the Mansion were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. One thing that really stood out was the great customer service, with the staff taking a genuine interest in my travels and making sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hostel was also ideal, and the kitchen facilities were decent. I would highly recommend staying at the Mansion for a warm and inviting experience.

Beds and blankets were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, with several free trams nearby making it easy to explore. the staff were friendly and provided helpful customer service.

The beds were a bit unstable, and would move a lot if one person turned. the floors were squeaky, making it difficult to move around without making noise.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Melbourne. The location was perfect - it was right next to all the hot spots and on a main tram line, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice hot showers. The staff were friendly and the kitchen facilities were great. The bar and cafe were convenient for meeting new friends. great value for money!

One downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which made it a bit hot in the summer.

Located close to the city center and within the free tram zone, making it convenient for exploring. The hostel has clean and spacious rooms, with comfortable beds, curtains for privacy, and lockers for storing luggage. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers plenty of space. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Street noise can be bothersome with the windows open.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The free tram zone location was super close to the city center but outside the noisy area. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

It was all superb.

The atmosphere at Mansion was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and were always ready to help. We loved meeting other travellers and the vibe was so friendly and chill.

Well-equipped facilities, friendly staff, free coffee voucher, lovely roommates, best beds ever.
